Although I love sports and helping athletes turn themselves into the best players they can be, I also know that there is more to life than just athletics. With obesity rates rising, musculoskeletal pain running rampant, and mental health issues coming to the forefront, the general public needs help more than ever.
I am a firm believer that with proper training and recovery you can completely flip the script on your health and quality of life. Helping everyday people achieve their fitness goals while discovering this idea is another huge passion of mine. While training competitive athletes and everyday people requires slightly requires slightly different approaches, you will still be trained with athletic qualities in mind using the most efficient and effective protocols based on YOUR goals and individual characteristics. You will be challenged to work hard, be consistent, and strive to make gradual improvements over time both in and outside the gym. 1-ON-1 Personal TrainingIdeal for committed individuals who are looking for an all-encompassing, immersive approach to achieving their fitness goals. One on one clients are SERIOUS about achieving their goals and are willing to show up consistently and go all in. Small group Personal TrainingPerfect for anyone who is looking for a top notch personal training experience, but would prefer to team up with 2-3 people to tackle the journey together. This service works great for couples, groups of friends, and family members. |
Transformation JourneyTransformation journeys are 12 week commitments where you and I meet for your weekly sessions and I am there to assist you every single step of the way. Choose between meeting 1, 2, or 3 times per week for the 12 week period.

Individual SessionsIndividual sessions offer the same expertise as transformation journeys, but without the 12-week commitment. These are great for those that want to check in here and there with a professional on anything fitness related. Purchase as many as you want to fit your needs!

MEMBERSHIP OnlyWith the membership only you'll get access to everything above, arming you with everything you need to tackle your fitness journey on your own. Pay monthly with no contract or pay for 3 months at a time and receive a discounted monthly rate. Cancel any time for both payment plan options.

ADD-ON SESSIONSChecking in with a coach periodically is extremely helpful to the success of a workout program. Purchase sessions to receive specific customizations, to get help learning a program at the beginning, or to simply check in periodically on whatever you need. Can be done in person or virtually.

Do I need a gym membership?
If you choose to work with me in-person, whether 1 on 1 or small group, you will need a gym membership to The Missoula Underground Strength Training Center. If you choose ECPT Mobile, you can work out at any gym or even at home if you want.

Absolutely! If you follow my direction, work hard, are consistent, and are open to feedback, I guarantee that you will get phenomenal results!

Should I choose Transformation Journeys or Individual Sessions

For small group training, do I create my own group or join one you already have?
Small group training works best when you create your own group and also when the members of the group are relatively similar in experience, ability, goals, etc.

What do I need for the app?
All you need is a smartphone or tablet that works well. The app works great with or without wi-fi.

For ECPT Mobile, what kind of workouts come with it?

For ECPT Mobile, does it come with help and communication with a trainer?
No, this service is completely do-it-yourself. However, the app is loaded with workouts, videos, pdfs, and a ton of other features to guide you on your journey.
